
To pickle the pears, thinly slice pears and place into a heatproof sealed jar or sealed container.
Heat the apple cider vinegar and sugar in a saucepan until the sugar dissolves. Pour the hot liquid over pear slices and allow to cool. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Arrange the cheese, olives and marinated vegetables across a serving board.
Drain the pickled pears and layer alongside cheese and vegetables.
Serve with crusty bread or crackers.
